Your personal data may be collected and processed by Home Sweet Home Aveiro for the following purposes: a) To comply with legal obligations to which Home Sweet Home Aveiro is subject, namely communications to Foreigners and Borders Services and Billing. b) For the purposes of executing the Temporary Accommodation Contract for Tourists or the Local Accommodation Management Contract signed with HHome Sweet Home Aveiro, namely payment transactions, entry and exit management, guest management, security deposit blocking, provision of complementary services to the stay such as cleaning, transfers and breakfast or grocery service, management of contractual obligations or for the purposes of pre-contractual due diligence. c) For the purposes of contact via email, mobile communications, digital platforms, within the scope of Home Sweet Home Aveiro's marketing strategies, commercial and contractual information and communications, as well as for information requests. d) For the purposes of protecting assets owned or in the custody of Home Sweet Home Aveiro, as well as for the purposes of statistical analysis. Failure to provide personal data for the purposes set out in paragraphs a) and b) implies Home Sweet Home Aveiro in non-compliance with legal obligations imposed on it and the consequently possibility of terminating the Temporary Tourist Accommodation Contract or the Management Contract of Local Accommodation concluded, without the right to any compensation, as well as a deficient supply of services by Home Sweet Home Aveiro that cannot be attributed to it.

-What type of personal data do we collect? As part of its activity, Home Sweet Home Aveiro will collect and process the personal data necessary to provide contracted services, requests for information or pre-contractual management, namely identification, contact, banking or payment card data. . Why do we process your information? The processing of your personal data will be carried out based on the execution of the Temporary Accommodation Contract for Tourists, the Local Accommodation Management Contract and in compliance with legal obligations imposed on Home Sweet Home Aveiro, namely by legislation on matters of Entry, Stay and Exit of Foreigners into the National Territory and tax legislation (article 6.1 paragraph b) and c) of the GDPR). Additionally, personal data collected for the purposes set out in subparagraph c) of the previous point are based on the consent you have given to Home Sweet Home Aveiro for the respective processing (article 6.º no. 1 subparagraph a) of the GDPR) . For the purposes set out in paragraph d) of the previous point, Home Sweet Home Aveiro will process personal data, based on the legitimate interest it pursues (article 6.º no. 1 subparagraph f) of the GDPR).

- How long do we keep your information? Without prejudice to legal, regulatory provisions or judicial determination to the contrary, the personal data collected will be kept only for the minimum period necessary for the purposes that motivated their collection or subsequent processing.

- To whom can we transmit your personal data? Home Sweet Home Aveiro may have to share some of your personal data with other recipients. These recipients include: a) Organizations and/or companies affiliated with Home Sweet Home Aveiro as long as they respect an equivalent policy on the protection of personal data. b) Public Entities to which Home Sweet Home Aveiro is legally obliged to provide information, namely, the Foreigners and Borders Service and the DGCI – General Directorate of Taxes. c) Subcontractors who provide certain services related to your personal data under the cover of a subcontract and with the sole purpose of providing technical assistance to Home Sweet Home Aveiro. At any time, in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR, you may request access to your personal data, as well as its rectification or erasure, limitation of the processing carried out, the right to object and the right to data portability. If the requests presented are manifestly unfounded or excessive, particularly due to their repetitive nature, Home Sweet Home Aveiro may require payment of a reasonable fee taking into account the administrative costs of providing the information or communications, or taking the requested measures or refuse to comply with the request. Regarding personal data whose processing by Home Sweet Home Aveiro is legitimized in consent, you are granted the right to withdraw consent, without the exercise of such right being able to compromise the lawfulness of the processing carried out based on previously given consent, nor the further processing of the same data, based on another legal basis, such as compliance with the contract or legal obligation to which Home Sweet Home Aveiro is subject.
